Lochain Marine's factory operates 25 large and medium-sized marine anchor chain production lines and 8 automatic vertical chain heat treatment lines, capable of producing high-strength chains with diameters ranging from 12.5mm to 240mm, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons.
The company also maintains 7 forging lines and 9 connecting component heat treatment furnaces, enabling the manufacture of various shaped and specified connecting pieces including anchor chain links, Kent shackles, swivels and swivel shackles, D-shackles, bow shackles, H-shackles, eye plates, buoy shackles, mooring hooks, and ROV shackles.
Maximum single piece weight reaches 8 tons, nominal specifications up to 187mm, with annual production capacity of 5,000 tons.
